How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged after cancellation.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. For App Store purchases, visit
reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, contact Google Play support. We are unable to process refunds directly.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing
vskavgaci@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Subscription records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
Why is my travel plan missing some days?
Days 2 and beyond are locked on the free tier. Upgrade to a Premium subscription to unlock the full itinerary for all days of your trip.
How accurate are the AI-generated itineraries?
Our AI creates itineraries based on well-known, permanent attractions and general travel knowledge. We recommend verifying opening hours, entry fees, and booking requirements through official sources before your trip.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Privacy and data deletion requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and fulfilled within 30 days.
