You may use TripGenius with an email account or anonymously. You are responsible for:

Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree not to use TripGenius to:
Travel plans, place descriptions, and inspirational content generated by TripGenius are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors.
Content generated by TripGenius AI is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, distribute, or sell AI-generated itineraries as your own product or service.
TripGenius and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TripGenius and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you input into TripGenius (e.g., custom trip notes). By using TripGenius, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.
The TripGenius name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written consent.
TripGenius is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for any travel-related losses, injuries, or damages that arise from reliance on TripGenius content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripGenius and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TripGenius in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TripGenius at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at vskavgaci@gmail.com or through the account settings in the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Continued use of TripGenius after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
